By creating an account or using Liftw, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Liftw provides tools to log workouts, track progress, manage an exercise library, and optionally connect AI tools via API keys. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys you create.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or compromise security.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the training data and content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Liftw for you (including backups and optional features you enable).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data
• Abuse APIs, scrape, or overload the service
• Use Liftw for unlawful purposes
• Share API keys publicly or with untrusted parties

6. Health disclaimer

Liftw is a logging and analytics tool, not medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, injury, or training decisions. AI-generated insights (if you enable them) are informational only and can be wrong — verify before you train.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, databases, and third-party providers may experience outages beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftw and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries, losses, or decisions made based on data or insights in the app. The service is provided “as is.”

9. Termination

You may stop using Liftw at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
