Liftw
For people who actually train

Liftw — Show up.
Own the work. Own the numbers.

Liftw is the simple place for your sessions — so you can chase strength without losing the story of how you got there. Private by design. Built for real gym days.

Every set. Every PR.

Hit the floor, open Liftw, and log the work. Weight, reps, how hard it felt — your session stays with you long after the plates are racked.

Watch yourself get stronger

Volume climbs. Numbers move. Charts that show the weeks you showed up — not just a spreadsheet of what you hope you did.

A coach that knows your lifts

Plug in your AI tools when you want real talk on plateaus, recovery, and what to run next — based on your log, not generic gym myths.

Built for the long game

Programs change. Goals shift. Liftw keeps your training history clean so you can always look back and see how far you have come.

FAQ

Straight answers before you load the bar

Especially about privacy — because your training log is health data, not content for the feed.

Yes. Your workouts, body metrics, and training history are private by default — only you can see them when you sign in. We treat gym logs as health-related data: access is gated by your account, and data is protected in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS and encrypted database storage from our providers).

Training logs can reveal health context — body weight, recovery, consistency, and goals. That is personal. Liftw is designed so your data is not sold for ads, not public by default, and not exposed without your control (for example, optional API keys you generate for AI tools).

Only you, unless you deliberately connect a tool you trust (like an AI assistant via your personal MCP API key). You can revoke keys anytime. There are no public profiles forced on you.

You generate a key in the app. Your assistant can only access data for your account while that key is active. You decide when to connect, what to ask, and when to cut access.

Yes. Create an account, log sessions, track progress, and use the exercise library. You can grow into AI coaching when you are ready.

No. Whether you are learning the bar path or chasing a new 1RM, the flow is the same: show up, log the work, watch the pattern over weeks.
